General Instructions & Guidelines:  

Video Conferencing Software:

• The BCCEHK Conference 2022 is a virtual event, and we will be using the video conferencing software Zoom throughout the Conference. 

• You do not need a Zoom account to join a meeting. You only need to install the “Zoom Cloud Meeting” app on your device.

Hardware and Settings: 

• Desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone with internet access, webcam, speaker, and microphone 

• A reliable internet connection 

• A quiet place with minimal background noise and interruptions
