Merger Control Practice in China

The first one will feature Ninette Doodo, Co-Head and Partner of Freshfields’ antitrust practice in China.  Ninette will share with us her insights into Chinese merger control practice, as well as her experience as a foreign practitioner working in Beijing.

Abuse of Dominance Practice in China

The second one will feature Janet Hui, Senior Partner at JunHe, a leading Chinese law firm in Beijing.  Janet graduated from our law school in 1987.  She will discuss her experience in handling antitrust investigations into abuse of dominance conduct, as well as her experience as a Hong Kong lawyer working in Beijing.
